Life on a ranch in the Texas Hill Country with 2 young daughters, a handsome husband, 3 dogs, horses, and various farm animals. Cloth diapering, baby wearing, breastfeeding, infertility issues, photography, etc.
Im telling you, girl, get the brown topped ones instead of the orange- you'll be waaay better off. Mine were much more black than those, and left hematomas under the skin as well. After 3 mos of no meds, they finally went away. But youre right- bottom line, its SOOOOO worth it! Try shooting them in your backside too, if youre at all interested in bathing suit season. I started doing that just so I can be in denial about the bruises I was covered in.
But you said the brown-topped ones burn more going in? NO THANK YOU! ouchy. Some of the bruises are bigger/blacker than others. Most of these were actually going away.I've considered the butt... but (ha!) I don't want to be sore when I sit. Sometime the bruises are tender/sore and sitting on them all day would not be comfortable. I'll just wear a tankini! :-)
Are you showing already too? Is that a little baby bump I see?
You are a brave brave woman Chelsea...I don't know that I could do that to myself. But, I'm sure it's worth the pain/hassle. Will you have to continue the injections throughout the whole pregnancy? Good luck!
Yeah, they do burn more, but only for a second. Ah, whatever works- thats what matters :)
